:: Kemplar's U.S. and Canadian customers may feel free to pay via credit card for any and all items. All other customers will be contacted via email and/or phone in order to arrange other payment methods.

:: In the case of Credit Card payments, Kemplar will only ship to the billing address of the Credit Card used. We will make NO EXCEPTIONS.

:: Shipping Estimates

:: Kemplar.com lists only those items that we perceive to be available via our distribution networks. However, recognizing that these are indeed unique items (and thus sometimes subject to limited availability), there will be instances where we are unable to fulfill an order within the 7 day framework we advertise. If this is the case, we will contact you immediately regarding the expected date of delivery, leaving you the customer with the option to continue the order process or to cancel the order.

:: Kemplar will notify you via email the moment your item ships with estimated date of delivery and a receipt of payment.

:: Our "Free Shipping" offer is available for all laptop (handtop & subnotebook) purchases. The method of shipping in such cases is the exclusive choice of Kemplar.com. In most cases, the shipping method will be performed by U.S. Post Global EMS or FedEx, taking between 5-7 days for delivery. (Specialty orders may require longer delivery times. Please check with your Kemplar representative for details.)

:: In some cases, expedited shipping is available. Additional fees may apply.

:: Special Orders

:: Special order items, such as items not generally included in our catalog but requested by the customer, as well as products that must be special ordered directly from manufacturers (such as Panasonic laptop models featuring special colored cases) can not be returned for any reason other than physical defect. Additionally, such orders CAN NOT be cancelled for any reason once they have been placed with their respective manufacturers or distributors. Please understand that we ourselves can not return such items.

:: Warranty and Returns

:: We at Kemplar serve as a "gateway" for U.S. customers interested in foreign products. Please be aware, however, that many of the product manufacturers WILL NOT honor product warranties if the item is located in a foreign country (such as the U.S.). Kemplar WILL NOT be held responsible for the manufacturer's refusal to honor a product's warranty.

That being said, if the unit displays a defect within the warranty period please feel free to contact your Kemplar representative, or email support@kemplar.com, and we will attempt to address your issue by either a.) shipping your item back to its country of origin in order to solicit replacement or repair on the product via the manufacturer's warranty, or b.) directing you to the nearest local repair facility capable of repairing your unit.

:: Should your product arrive DOA (dead-on-arrival), you may return the item within 14 days for a full REFUND (minus the shipping costs incurred for the return of that item.).

:: Should your product display any deficiency** within the first 14 days of its arrival, we will happily grant you a REFUND (minus the shipping costs incurred for the return of that item) OR REPLACE the product at our discretion.

**NOTE: DEAD PIXELS AND/OR MINOR COSMETIC DEFECTS ARE CONSIDERED "INCIDENTAL" BY BOTH THE MANUFACTURERS AND BY KEMPLAR.COM. THEY DO NOT CONSTITUTE A DEFICIENCY.

:: We at Kemplar will NOT accept the return of any item damaged by the customer, nor will we grant a refund or issue a replacement.

:: Should you have any concerns about your unit's performace, please contact Kemplar before taking any other action. We will dispute any fraudulant "charge backs."

At Kemplar.com, we strive to make every client's purchase an easy, no-hassle experience. As such, all of our product pages show the full price of the item, including shipping. (free shipping exclude to outside United States accessories only purchase)

Often, we receive phone calls and emails from potential customers requesting that we pricematch the web pricing of this or that online retailer. Look closer! Many web sites list their prices without added fees applied. Such fees include credit card processing fees & English conversion fees as well as international shipping. Once, added, the prices on such sites are generally much higher on our own. A recent client wrote:

"After comparing your site with a handful of your competitors I decided to buy my Panasonic R4 from you. [One site] had the price listed on their pages as $2000 (compared to your price of $2025), but by the time I added in the cost of their Paypal fees (which were 4.7% and came out to $95!!!) and shipping ($75!!!), their price was actually $145 higher than yours. As a rule I no longer purchase from web sites that require Paypal and won't accept credit cards directly. Usually it means the owner of the website couldn't past a credit check."

At Kemplar.com, your security and piece of mind is one of our chief concerns. We process all credit cards, including American Express, directly (not through Paypal or other services) using Chase Bank Merchant Services. Our clients' orders are thus always secure, and any and all credit card processing fees are ours to take care of.
